Trading Data: When you use QuantProof, we collect trading data you voluntarily provide, including:

• CSV files containing trade history, prices, volumes, and timestamps
• Live broker data via API connections (with your explicit consent)
• Strategy parameters and validation settings

Technical Data: We automatically collect certain technical information:

• IP address and browser information for security
• Usage patterns and feature interactions
• Performance metrics and error logs

Important: QuantProof processes all data client-side in your browser. We do not store your trading data, strategies, or personal information on our servers.

What happens to your data:

• Client-Side Processing: All validation happens in your browser
• No Data Storage: Trading data is never stored on our servers
• Read-Only API Keys: Broker connections use read-only API keys only
• Temporary Session: Data exists only during your browser session
• No Accounts: We do not currently offer user accounts or signups

When you close your browser tab, all trading data is permanently deleted from your device's memory.

Since all processing happens client-side, your data is inherently secure:

• Client-Side Processing: Trading data never leaves your browser
• No Server Storage: We don't store your data on our servers
• Read-Only API Keys: Broker connections are read-only only
• Session-Based: Data exists only during your browser session
• Local Processing: All 44 validation checks run locally

Important: We never store your trading strategies, API keys, or personal information. When you close your browser tab, all data is permanently deleted.

We do not share your trading data:

Since all processing happens client-side, we don't have your trading data to share. We only share:

• Anonymous Analytics: Basic usage statistics (no trading data)
• Legal Compliance: Only if legally required (extremely rare)
• Service Providers: Only for basic website functionality

Broker Connections: When you connect a broker, we use read-only API keys only. We never store your broker credentials or trading history.

Since we don't store your data, you have complete control:

• No Data Stored: We don't have your trading data to access or delete
• Local Control: Your data exists only in your browser
• Session Control: Close browser tab to delete all data
• API Key Control: You control all broker API connections
• No Accounts: No user accounts to manage or delete

Your trading data never leaves your browser, so you maintain complete privacy and control.

Current Status: We do not currently use cookies or tracking technologies.

Since all trading validation happens client-side, we don't need to track your activity. We may implement basic analytics in the future, but will never track trading data or personal information.

Browser Storage: Your browser may store temporary data for functionality, but this is deleted when you close the tab.

Your data may be processed and stored in India and other countries where our service providers operate. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international data transfers.

QuantProof is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware of such collection, we will delete it immediately.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by:

• Emailing the address associated with your account
• Posting a notice on our website
• Displaying a prominent notice in our service

Your continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
