Our Refund Policy

At QuantProof, we stand behind the quality of our trading strategy validation services. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are available for our various service plans.

Important Note

QuantProof provides computational analysis services based on the data you provide. Results are deterministic and based on mathematical algorithms. We cannot guarantee trading performance or outcomes.

Refund Eligibility by Plan

Lite Plan (₹99 / $1.20 / €1.10)

  • Eligibility: Refunds available within 24 hours of purchase
  • Conditions: If you haven't used the validation service or encountered technical issues preventing usage
  • Process: Contact support with your order ID and issue description

Portfolio Plan (₹199 / $2.40 / €2.20)

  • Eligibility: Refunds available within 48 hours of purchase
  • Conditions: If portfolio validation fails to process due to technical issues on our end
  • Process: Submit support ticket with portfolio file and error details

Report Plan (₹299 / $3.60 / €3.30)

  • Eligibility: No refunds once the PDF report is generated
  • Reason: Reports contain detailed analysis and intellectual property
  • Exception: Technical failures preventing report generation

Pro Plan (₹999 / $12.00 / €11.00)

  • Eligibility: Refunds available within 72 hours of purchase
  • Conditions: If broker connection fails due to our technical issues
  • Note: No refunds for successful validations and analyses

Non-Refundable Cases

We cannot issue refunds for:

  • Results you don't agree with or don't like
  • Strategies that receive low scores or fail validation
  • Data quality issues in your uploaded files
  • Market conditions affecting your strategy performance
  • Change of mind after service has been delivered
  • Failure to read or understand the methodology

Technical Issue Refunds

If you experience technical problems that prevent you from using our service:

  • Document the issue with screenshots or error messages
  • Contact our support team within the eligibility period
  • Allow us 48 hours to resolve the issue
  • If unresolved, we'll process a full refund

To request a refund:

  2. Include your order ID and purchase details
  3. Describe the issue and why you're requesting a refund
  4. Provide any supporting documentation
  5. We'll respond within 24-48 hours

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
